Yapı Kredi Koray has reviewed approximately 1,600 projects so far, investing in 14 projects, together with the five new projects that have been launched in 2005. Additional investment plans are underway for new projects.

Yapı Kredi Koray aiming to expand its investments outside Istanbul with these projects has signed an agreement on two plots of land to develop projects that serve both residential and commercial functions in Ankara, on the Eskişehir highway and in the Çankaya region.
