Yapı Kredi Koray participates in several international activities, as it aims to become an internationally-recognized company that proudly represents Turkey in the global real estate industry. In this context, the executives of the Company participate in major national and international real estate events organized such as CAIB, UBS, EFG, ULI and GRI conferences.

After receiving first place for its Elit Residence Project in the MIPIM International Real Estate Awards in 2001, Yapı Kredi Koray has received the same award for its Istanbul Istanbul project at the beginning of 2002. This has underscored a real success for both the Company and the Turkish Real Estate Sector. The Istanbul Istanbul Project was submitted by Yapı Kredi Koray for the MIPIM Awards and was voted into first place from among 100 projects created by world-class developers, winning the majority of votes from 15,000 real estate professionals. The project was also a finalist in ULI Awards of Excellence.

Yapı Kredi Koray sponsored the ULI activities and the Real Estate Summit organized annually by GYODER in Turkey; both events were attended by local and foreign players as well as official departments from within the real estate market. In 2006, Yapı Kredi Koray will also be playing an active role in the ULI Summit European Conference to be held in Istanbul.
