İstanbul's rising star
Riva joined the ranks of İstanbul's newest settlement regions when a 16.000 m² tract of land was opened for development there in early 2005. Market research conducted in 2007 pointed to Riva as İstanbul's rising star and one of the most popular living areas on the Asian side of the city. Yapı Kredi Koray's Riva project is currently at the market research, concept development, and design planning stages. The company is planning a low-density residential project based on the idea of achieving complete harmony with its natural surroundings.
